Advanced Airway Management Training
EMT-Paramedic students from Kiamichi Technology Center were the first CareerTech students to participate in the Advanced Airway Management Training course at OU Health Science Center's Clinical Skills Education and Testing Center. Students were able to work with an ER physician and an anesthesiologist with high fidelity human patient simulators and a cadaver. Students could practice otherwise difficult skills to gain in a rural environment or without compromising patient status.
